Overall well presented hotel, fantastic meals.
Nice overall experience. Our favourite place to stay in Newcastle. Affable staff, excellent service. Beautiful and lovely location in the beautiful quiet area, just next door to the mountains, tollymore forest and the views from cottage and the coast.

the hostess, Maureen, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the property itself is spacious and well, maintained, with gorgeous rooms and beautiful en, suite bathrooms. the highlight for me was the walk, in shower , one of the best I've ever experienced! the view from our room was also lovely, and it was a great bonus to have easy access to Tollymore Park for a morning walk. I would highly recommend Briers Bed & Breakfast for a quiet weekend getaway or a comfortable stay in the area. Cons: Nothing at all! .
